How to Submit a Final Report on the Grants Portal

For Grants Portal Final Reports

  1. Please log into your grants portal profile.
  2. There will be an alert that pops up indicating “your [grant year] [grant program] has follow-up actions that needs to be completed”.
  3. Click the link and it will open up to the “My Awards” page.
  4. Go to the bottom of the page and your final report will be accessible here.
  5. Click the link and begin.
  6. You may save your work and log out at any time.
  7. To access the partially completed final report again, you will log into the account you created and access the final report you saved.
