SB Associates

Since its inception as a not-for-profit, mutual benefit organization in 1981, Santa Barbara Associates (SBA) has promoted and enhanced the association and professional growth of women in managerial, executive, professional or ownership positions. Established in cooperation with the University Club of Santa Barbara, members enjoy a network of like-minded women, a comfortable location for meetings with clients, and the benefit of connections associated with club membership.

One way we support the Santa Barbara Community that has supported us is our Giving Forward Initiative. Through a committee-advised fund composed of contributions from accumulated investment earnings and the tax-deductible contributions of its membership, Santa Barbara Associates makes grants to South Coast organizations that support women, encourage entrepreneurship, and/or promote women’s professional advancement and growth.
