Guille Gil-Reynoso

Guille Gil-Reynoso is a community investment officer for the Santa Barbara Foundation.

Guille (pronounced Ghee-ye) brings a unique set of project coordination, research, event planning, administrative, and marketing skills to this position. Previously, she worked as a landscape architectural designer for Wallace, Roberts & Todd and Girven Associates. Guille then expanded into the nonprofit sector where she worked for Santa Barbara Channels, assisting various nonprofit organizations put local culture, arts, and educational programs on television.

Guille is fluent in Spanish and graduated from California Polytechnic State University in San Luis Obispo with a Bachelor of Science degree in landscape architecture and holds an Associate of Arts degree in multimedia arts from Santa Barbara City College. Guille is an alumna of the National Hispana Leadership Institute (NHLI) Executive Leadership Program, the Harvard Kennedy School of Government Executive Education Program, and the Center for Creative Leadership.

Guille co-founded the Santa Barbara Latinas Network, a volunteer organization dedicated to providing leadership training, personal development, and relationship building resources to established and emerging leaders in Santa Barbara. She believes in collaborative, creative, and compassionate work and values the opportunity to serve her community.
