Chief Revenue and Business Development Officer

Santa Barbara Foundation seeks a new Chief Revenue and Development Officer to drive new revenue opportunities, refine SBF's business model, lead strategic marketing, and continue the development of SBF's donor base and endowment. This position is the key revenue driver of the foundation, responsible for short-term and long-term revenue goals and over time, will diversify the foundation's resource base. The successful candidate will be motivated by the impact of the foundation and its partners - rather than simply how much money is raised year over year. The Chief Revenue and Development Officer will drive how the foundation and its work is perceived by a wide array of audiences - current and potential donors and the general public.
