Downloading Instructions:
To download files on a PC, right-click on this Word icon  to the left of the file name. In the menu window that opens, choose 'Save target as' in Internet Explorer or in Netscape choose 'Save link as.'
To download files on a Macintosh, hold down the control key and click on the icon on top of the file name and choose 'Save link as.'
Determine where on your computer you wish to save the file and complete the download. Repeat these steps for each file. When the downloads are complete you may close your web browser.

Awards are made in December every other year for the following two years with funding beginning in the summer of each year.
