The Santa Barbara Foundation charges an administrative fee for funds that are housed at the Foundation.
Annual administrative fee for all Restricted Funds is as follows:

Investment Fees Each fund pays its prorated share of the investment fees Total investment fees can range from 1% to 1.25% and include:
Custody fees—Wells Fargo
Consulting fees—Hammond & Associates
Management fees—(30 managers)
