 Human Resource Manager

 

Description: The human resource manager will provide support to our the organization working out of the South County Headquarters in Santa Barbara. This position reports to the Chief Operating Officer. The professional in this position will exercise their skills across office administration, benefits administration, performance management, employee engagement, onboarding/off-boarding, and legal compliance. This position will work closely with the finance department to coordinate payroll activities and other items as needed. Learn more about this opportunity.


 

Donor Services Coordinator

 

Description: The Donor Services Coordinator serves both internal and external clients of the Foundation by implementing a quality customer service program and maintaining the integrity of all donor activities with regard to their philanthropic fund. The Donor Services Coordinator is responsible for the seamless administration of fund development transactions including all aspects of gift processing and grant distributions. Further, the Donor Services Coordinator assists Donor Relations Officers with producing reports and fund information as well as assisting all SB Foundation departments to provide excellent, personalized services to donors. In addition, the Donor Services Coordinator supports the objectives of the Development Department in other capacities as needed. Learn more about this opportunity.


 

Communications Intern

 

Description: The Santa Barbara Foundation is seeking a Communications Intern to support the communications department with digital and online marketing research, communication strategy, and events. The ideal candidate possesses a strong knowledge of the digital media landscape in Santa Barbara County and will be responsible for conducting research to enhance our social media strategy; monitoring and posting on social networks; and assisting with event logistics and execution.
